Dreams Wedding in Paradise Package

This wedding package is complimentary when you book the Preferred Club Deluxe Ocean Front room category or higher, for a minimum of 7 nights OR if your wedding party books 5 rooms in any accommodations category for a minimum of 3 nights. This package also applies to renewal of vows ceremony. Please request your wedding package at time of booking.

Please note, restrictions apply when combining the complimentary wedding package with the Groups, Gatherings, and Getaways promotion. See promotion terms and conditions for details.

All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability and double occupancy only. Prices and package subject to change without notice. This package cannot be combined with the Dreams Eternity Honeymoon Package for both to be received complimentary and the free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages. 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer. Please note restrictions apply when combining the complimentary wedding package with the Groups, Gatherings, and Getaways promotion. See promotion terms and conditions for details.

Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be cancelled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be cancelled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $100. The complimentary wedding package may not be available during all dates and times at the discretion of the resort.

Dreams of Love Wedding Package

Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be cancelled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be cancelled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $500. A percentage of wedding guest accommodations may be required to confirm the wedding. The policy is up to the resort’s discretion and should be discussed when saving the date with the wedding coordinator.

These fees vary by resort and will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator. 2017/2018/2019 - *In the months of August, September and October 2017/2018/2019 the package price will be $2,799 USD. Dreams Eternity Honeymoon Package

Complimentary (a $999 value)

Marriage Requirements - Mexico

The following requirements are for legal marriages only. The Wedding Coordinator must receive the following documents to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry Office.

Bride, Groom & Witnesses must arrive 3 business days prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays do not count). Symbolic and non-legal ceremonies allow flexibility for arrival date.
Valid passports. If the Bride is divorced and kept her married name on her passport, please contact your Wedding Coordinator for more information.
Tourist Card (Received upon arrival at the airport)
The names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupation, relationship, copy of a tourist card and a valid identification of the four witnesses. The Wedding Coordinator will fill out the legal form. The witnesses can be relatives, friends or anyone who has a valid passport.
$300 USD + taxes (per couple) fee for blood test must be taken in Mexico. To be considered valid, the test should not be taken more than 14 days prior to the ceremony. The blood will be tested for HIV, STD’s (sexually transmitted diseases) and blood type. The results will be ready in 24 hours together with a certificate of the blood test. Your Wedding Coordinator will make those arrangements for you, usually early morning the day after arrival.
Judge’s transportation fee. Round trip from the city is $80 USD + taxes.
$500 USD + taxes for the city hall court fees and application process (doesn´t apply for Love or Ultimate package).
4 Witnesses with valid passport & tourist card. The names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupation, relationship, copy of a tourist card and a valid passport of the 4 witnesses. Wedding Coordinator will send you the legal form. The witnesses can be relatives, friends or anyone with a valid passport. If you don´t provide witnesses we can provide them at $25 USD + taxes each.
The Marriage Certificate is only valid in Mexico. To make the Marriage Certificate legal internationally, the Wedding Coordinator will send a copy of your License to the Validation Process. The fee will be $165 USD + taxes. The process will take 2-3 months. Once the document is Apostille*, the resort will send all documentation to couples home address. Documents will be in Spanish but can be translated for an additional $100 USD + taxes (shipping fee is included).

* When documents need to be recognized as legal in a foreign country, they’re required to go through the Apostille process, also known as authentication and legalization
