The following restrictions apply to the Barceló Aruba wedding packages price information.

• Additional charge for Minister or Justice of the Peace applicable to all Religious, Non- denominational and Civil wedding ceremonies
• Preparation and certification of legal documents and marriage certificate available at an additional charge.
• Legal wedding fees are not included.
• Government taxes and fees may apply and are at an additional cost.
• A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 USD is required to secure a wedding date within the next 12 months. To secure a date beyond 12 months, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 USD will be required. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the package.
• All package prices are quoted in US Dollars and include ceremony setup and inclusions only as described. Standard package décor is included. Natural flowers availability may vary by season and destination.

Requirements for a Legal Wedding (civil) in Aruba 

Following are the requirements for couples wishing to have a legal marriage ceremony in Aruba.

Documents Required:

• Copies of birth certificates for the wedding couple with apostille*
• Passport picture page or valid state issued picture ID for the wedding couple
• Witnesses (over 18 years old) passport picture page or valid state issued picture ID (minimum 2 witnesses)
• Certificate of no impediment for the wedding couple (also referred to as a single status report and in some juristictions called a negative statement of marriage). Apostilles* are required for "negative statement of marriage".
• If either party has been divorced a copy of the 1st and last page of the divorce decree(s)
• If either party is a widow(er) copy of death certificate
